Delivery

Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email update with a tracking number. Please note to ensure your parcel arrives safely we use Sendle. Should any issues arise during transit please contact them directly via support@sendle.com 

• Complementary shipping for all orders over $100
• Standard shipping 7-10 days - $10
• Standard shipping with signature: 7-10 days - $15

Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or parcel locker addresses.

Returns

Each order is lovingly checked before we ship it to you, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit. For breakages please contact us at hello@kindredrituals.com.au with a picture of your damaged product within 72 hours of receiving your parcel.

Your satisfaction is most important to us, we will do our best to ensure you are happy with every purchase. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at hello@kindredrituals.com.au if you are unhappy with your order. In most cases returns are issued as a store credit or exchange due to the nature of our products. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Kindred Temple. Please note we are unable to refund shipping costs.

Please keep in mind that you are buying handmade, natural products so they tend to have variations from batch to batch.
