Space clearing is an ancient art practised daily in many cultures for thousands of years. This ritual involves burning Sage and or Palo Santo and allowing the smoke to cleanse the space of negative energy.

WHITE SAGE: (salvia apiana) is a sacred plant which is thought to cleanse, purify and protect. It has been used by the Native Americans for thousands of years. White sage is often burned in a ritual known as smudging. Smudging is a cleansing ceremony used to rid a person, space or object of negative energy.

PALO SANTO: (Bursera Graveolens) similar to Sage, Palo Santo  is used for spiritual purification and energy cleansing. This mystical tree also known as 'holy wood' is part of the citrus family and has sweet notes of pine, mint and lemon. It's uplifting aroma helps restore peace and tranquillity and calms the emotions

SELENITE CRYSTAL: Is a powerful cleansing stone that helps provide protection from negative energy. 

CLEARING A SPACE RITUAL: Firstly, set your intention or your mantra for letting go of all the energy that no longer serves you. Start at the front door of your home and light your smudge stick. Then begin to move around the space allowing the smoke to drift. Notice the areas of the room that you are drawn to. Visualise white sunlight filling your space, clearing away all that no longer serves you.

CLEARING YOUR BODY RITUAL: Set your intention or your mantra for letting go of all the energy that no longer serves you. Light your smudge stick and allow the smoke to drift around the crown of your chakra, moving around your body in circular motion. Finish by lifting one foot up at a time to clear beneath the soles of your feet. Visualise white sunlight surrounding you clearing away all that no longer serves you.

CAUTION: BE SAFE!, never leave burning Sage or Palo Santo unattended for any reason, take care not to inhale too much smoke.
