RITUAL: Gently shake the bottle, take a deep breath, exhale slowly, spray above the crown of your head and around your body, follow with 3 deep breaths and repeat the affirmation.

AFFIRMATION: I am love, I am loved. I let go of all fear and anger and focus only on the loving energy that surrounds me now.

CRYSTAL: Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love. This stone brings deep inner healing and peace. It is known to purify the heart, calm and reassure. It helps raise self-esteem, and restore confidence.

INGREDIENTS: Crystal infused spring water, essential oils of  Orange sweet (Citrus sinensis), Grapefruit white (Citrus × paradisi), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata). Leuconostoc (Radish root). Almond and coconut based solubiliser.
