Each pack includes 4 sticks

RITUAL: Find a quiet space, set your intention or your mantra for letting go of all the energy that no longer serves you. Light your  stick and allow the smoke to drift around your sacred space.

 CAUTION: BE SAFE!, never leave burning Sage or Palo Santo unattended for any reason, take care not to inhale too much smoke. If you suffer from asthma we suggest you speak with your physician for tailored advice. ALWAYS extinguish your Sage and Palo Santo after use by pressing into a fireproof vessel or sand.
